DELIVERY AND RETURN AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's "www.pellteknoloji.com" website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, quantity, and sales price of the products are as stated on the website.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product(s) subject to the agreement on the SELLER's website www.pellteknoloji.com and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2- The product subject to the agreement is delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address indicated by them within the period explained in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's settlement, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days for each product.

• 4.3- If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

• 4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement sound, complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.

• 4.5- For the delivery of the product subject to the agreement, it is essential that a signed copy of this agreement is delivered to the SELLER and its price is paid by the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be released from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6- If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, provided that it is not due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to return the physical product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to them. In this case, the shipping costs for physical products belong to the BUYER.

4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the agreement within the specified period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions preventing transportation, or interruption of transportation, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER can use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the agreement with an equivalent one if available, and/or postpone the delivery period until the obstructive situation is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded in cash within 15 days.

4.8- Persons under 18 years of age cannot shop from the SELLER.

4.9- The SELLER is not responsible for price errors arising from typographical and system errors.

4.10- The SELLER reserves the right to change and cancel the content, scope, and features of all products it sells on its website.

4.11- In case of an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product(s) subject to the agreement to them or to the person/organization at the address indicated by them, within the rules specified in Article 6 of this agreement. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential to notify the SELLER by fax, e-mail, or phone within this period and that the product has not been used within the framework of Article 6. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice along with a copy of the cargo delivery receipt indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. The product price for physical products will be refunded to the BUYER within 15 days following the receipt of these documents. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the BUYER. The return process will not be carried out without the presentation of the original invoice.

ARTICLE 6 - AUTHORIZED COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Consumer Courts in the SELLER's place of residence are authorized.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM are shipped on the same day (excluding Sundays).
